Weigh in: 157.4 lbs
Didn't sleep too well last night. My son woke up several times and I really didn't get any sleep between 1:00 and 4:30. A little grumpy in the morning hours - probably from lack of sleep. I should note that I had been taking a probiotic pill first thing in the morning with my only glass of water for the day. I woke up late (7:30) and was a little off schedule. I didn't have my typical morning bowel movement and was a bit constipated by the time the second one should be coming. I introduced store bought yogurt (pasturized). It got things moving. I am going to have to make some keifer this weekend. vitals worth noting: blood pressure (3PM) 118/75. Will have to keep track of that one. Before I started my diet blood pressure was consistantly ~110/67. Record highs today. That is going to make sleeping uncomfortable considering the only a/c unit upstairs is in my son's room.
